My account has been hacked
In the unlikely event that your account has been hacked or you’ve noticed suspicious activity on your account please email accounts@rated.global and we will get it sorted within 48 hours.

How old do I have to be to use Rated?
Anyone over the age of 13 can use Rated. If you’re aged between 13-18 please get your parent or guardian’s permission before selling or buying on Rated. We also ask that you don’t take their credit card to purchase anything without their permission first as that is actually very illegal. 

You do, however, need to be over the age of 18, or the legal contract age in your country, to create a PayPal account.

How do I block or report users?
You can report abuse, spam or anything else that doesn’t follow our Community Guidelines by emailing us at accounts@rated.global

Can I delete a follower?
Unfortunately, not right now but we’re working towards this.
